Our "In it to win it" package includes nine 60 minute appointments, coaching and discounts on therapeutic grade nutrition supplements. One 60 minute comprehensive nutritional assessment which includes: • Evaluation of medical, psychosocial, nutrition and lifestyle history. • Nutrition intervention using scientific based nutrition information • Individualized nutrition prescription and treatment goals • Follow-up and revising interventions and goals as needed Eight 60 minute follow-up visits to revise interventions and goals as needed Unlimited email/text coaching while under care for up to six months 20% off all supplements while under care.
