This is an assessment of your total nutrient health. We will evaluate your intake of vitamins/minerals from food and supplement sources. Then make diet and supplement recommendations that are specific to YOU! Session includes: • An abridged assessment of your medical, diet and supplement history. • Assessment of your vitamin/mineral intake from food. •Two day Food Record • Rainbow Evaluation • Review of current supplements for nutrient quantity and quality • Recommended diet and supplement modifications • 20% off therapeutic grade supplements for up to 6 months. Please note: This is not a comprehensive nutrition assessment. Additional services may be recommended based on your nutrition needs.
